In 2012, the leadership of the Shrine of Our Lady Help of Christians in Brezje was approached by the faithful from St. Peter’s Parish in Kerala, India. They requested a copy of the miraculous image to be sent to them.

We sent them a simple image. Soon after, they sent us a letter describing their life with Our Lady Help of Christians.

The image is venerated in the homes of Christians who gather in this parish. From time to time, they send a response, reflecting the strong faith of these people.

The image comes to a family where they honor it and pray the rosary. Mary stays with them for several days, and then the image is passed to another family. Some of Mary’s devotees, especially Mr. Gary Dominic, encourage this devotion. He was the first to establish contact with our shrine on Brezje and helped families receive the image of Mary and venerate it. We are grateful to him for promoting the worship of Mary Help of Christians.

With his careful assistance, the copy of the miraculous image is also brought to the hospital, where Catholic nuns work. Many patients gather to pray the rosary before Mary Help of Christians, venerating her and asking for her intercession for their health.
